Sakkie Retief

Sakkie was born and raised in Nieu Bethesda.  He went to school in Graaff Reinet and matriculated at Volkskool High School in 1990.  Having grown up in a farming community he always had a deep admiration and love for nature and grew up hunting from a very young age.  Sakkie joined the AFS team in 2002.

Werner Nortjé

Werner was born and raised on a farm in Cradock and matriculated in 2004 at the Marlow Agricultural School.  He got his degree in BA Tourism Management in 2007.  Being the youngest of three brothers he grew up with hunting and has a passion for nature and hunting since he shot his first Springbuck at the age of 6.  Werner joined the AFS team in 2008.
